If your attempt to register yourself with the exactly same nickname as in Fight Club will fail because the username has been registered already or you cannot pass the identity check, then you must PERSONALLY contact any paladin from Anti-Hack department. You may contact him through the telegraph. In a short period of time the password to that username will be changed and you’ll be notified via the telegraph.

Also you can send an e-mail to kontrvzlom@paladins.ru in which you must attach a screenshot of your character logged in into the Fight Club clearly displaying you being logged in as that character. Subject in the e-mail must be either "Identity check" or "Password retrieval". Any e-mail with a different subject will be DELETED automatically.

Those who want to pass the identity check, but cannot do so due to inability to login into the Fight Club for a variety of reasons (i.e. character was hijacked), instead of the screenshot they can e-mail their date of birth, which was entered during the registration process.
